Cookie Policy

This cookie policy explains how our website uses cookies and similar technologies, why we use them and how you can control them. It completes our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, work in the same way. They let the website remember information between pages and visits, for example that you are logged in or which cookie choice you made.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to work and for your security. They are always active and do not need your consent.

Analytics cookies are optional and are set only if you click “Accept analytics”. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to count visits and see which pages are useful, so that we can improve the website. Google may process this data outside Türkiye.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

3. Third-party content

Some pages show content from other services: maps from OpenStreetMap or Google Maps, reviewer photos from Google, a spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile on forms, and WhatsApp when you click a WhatsApp link. These services receive your IP address in order to deliver their content and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Maps load only when you reach them on the page.

4. How to manage cookies

• When you first visit the website you can choose “Accept analytics” or “Only necessary”. Analytics never loads before you accept.
• You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the booking form and your account may not work.

5. Contact

If you have questions about cookies or your personal data, contact us using the details at the end of this page. More information about your rights is in our Privacy Policy.
